Francis, a San Diego native, inherited a foundation of discipline and drive from his navy veteran father. These early life lessons would become the backbone of his achievements. An innate artistic flair defined Francis from an early age, and his natural abilities were supported by parents who recognized his creative talents could be a fulfilling career in the future.

Through middle and high school, Francis excelled in academics and was an active leader and member of clubs. Leadership came in the form of many officer and cabinet positions. (Secretary of Associate Student Government, Pan Asian American President, Filipino Club President, JV Volleyball Captain, and Director of 3 dance teams, amongst other memberships across school clubs.)

At the University of California, Irvine, he merged his creative inclinations with a pragmatic edge, studying Studio Art & Business Management. His academic journey introduced him to video production, a realm where his knack for innovative concepts and execution shone brilliantly.

Francis's hunger for knowledge led him to self-teach graphic design, a skill that opened doors to an internship at a personality sorting startup. In this dynamic environment, he became an instrumental figure, contributing his creative prowess to content creation, graphic design, and marketing. His impact was undeniable, driving the company's growth and fueling his ambitions.

With newfound expertise, Francis transitioned to a marketing agency, playing a vital role in establishing the Amazon Creative service line. As he built a team of designers, his leadership skills came to the fore. His ascent within the agency was swift, earning him positions of management and leadership in the Creative department. Today, as a Creative Director, Francis's journey stands as a testament to his unfaltering dedication, adaptability, and the enduring link between creativity and achievement.
